I was diagnosed with ADHD in my twenties, after years of trying to fit into systems that never made sense to me.
I wasn’t lazy—I was overwhelmed.
I wasn’t scattered—I was stuck in survival mode.

Over time, I found the language, tools, and strategies to work with my brain and nervous system—not against them. I’ve learned how to live in alignment, not exhaustion.

Now I help others do the same.

Through coaching and support, I work with neurodivergent individuals navigating ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and the demands of everyday life.
I offer specialised support during key life transitions—starting school, moving into high school, parenting young children, or experiencing perimenopause—times when the world feels louder, the pace faster, and the pressure heavier.

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about finding your rhythm, reclaiming your energy, and learning how to move through life in a way that actually works for you.

I draw from over 20 years of experience in child development, movement, music, language, and literacy—blending these approaches to support the whole person, not just the problem.
